0:00 Caller: Hey, it's Aiden over at Next Level, is now still a good time for you to connect?
0:00 You: This call will be recorded.
0:04 You: Hello.
0:12 You: Yes, Aidan, what was it you wanted to talk about last week?
0:15 Caller: Awesome.
0:18 Caller: Yeah, so I wanted to give you some updates.
0:21 Caller: So as of right now, we haven't heard back directly from the client I sent you in for,
0:29 Caller: which I know we talked about high touch quite a bit.
0:30 You: What can you tell me about them?
0:32 Caller: We haven't heard back from them.
0:33 Caller: We're going to be pushing them for more direct feedback here shortly.
0:37 Caller: But the good news is, if you're open to hearing about it,
0:41 Caller: we're working with another team that would potentially be interested in speaking with you.
0:46 Caller: Do you have a minute or two where we could talk about another team and see if it would be worth moving forward?
0:55 Caller: Yeah, absolutely.
0:56 Caller: So it's a financial institution.
0:59 Caller: They're fairly large. Just to give you an idea, they have about a trillion dollars in assets
1:00 You: We went over that I've already been represented to KKR.
1:04 Caller: under management through seven different unique verticals. It's called KKR. Are you familiar
1:10 Caller: with KKR?
1:15 Caller: Oh, that's right. That's why I don't have it in my notes. You worked with another recruiter
1:21 Caller: to talk to them, right?
1:26 Caller: Okay. And then, okay, thank you for clarifying that.
1:29 Caller: And then the other team is Doctronic? Did we talk about Doctronic?
1:30 You: We have not.
1:36 Caller: Okay. Doctronic is really interesting. Also in New York, very, very competitive.
1:42 Caller: Now, it is in the healthcare space. They're already the world's leading AI doctor. What they do,
1:49 Caller: their goal is actually pretty specific and ambitious, but they've been doing a really good job.
1:54 Caller: So their goal is to increase access to health care for everyone.
1:59 Caller: And what that looks like is a large language model that is actually hippocomplying and
2:00 You: Thank you.
2:01 You: Thank you.
2:02 You: Thank you.
2:03 You: Thank you.
2:04 You: Thank you.
2:04 Caller: clinically tested. It is extremely accurate and your data is extremely safe, but it can suggest
2:05 You: Thank you.
2:10 Caller: further care to a telehealth primary care doctor. And let's say you do end up needing that
2:15 Caller: doctor's appointment. The entire cost of that visit, whether, like let's say you had zero health
2:21 Caller: insurance, anything like that, the entire cost of that doctor's appointment would be $39. So, as you can
2:27 Caller: imagine it's pretty dramatically changing people's access to these primary care physicians
2:33 Caller: appointments and they were projected to have about 10 to 12 million consultations by this time this
2:35 You: How can you get a call.
2:39 Caller: year and they just passed over about 25 million. So they're doing extremely well and they're scaling
2:42 You: How quickly can you get a call booked for me at Doctrana?
2:45 Caller: their team to support that growth. I mean, would you be interested in receiving some more info about
2:50 Caller: Doctronic and like I said, potentially even speaking to the team over there since we haven't heard back
2:54 Caller: from High Touch yet?
2:57 Caller: Gotcha.
2:59 You: Here's why I ask.
3:00 You: The first offer from other processes landed.
3:03 You: Two more final rounds were completed.
3:04 You: rounds were completed this week, the last final round will be completed on Tuesday,
3:08 You: and presumably offers following suit.
3:10 You: I recognize that's a tight schedule.
3:12 You: I don't know if Doctronic is willing to compress their process to accommodate it.
3:14 Caller: And
3:15 Caller: Right, yeah, that's totally fair.
3:17 You: Yes, these are hedge funds and PE firms.
3:22 Caller: And are any of the offers or late stage interviews you have, are they companies you're, like, genuinely
3:27 Caller: excited about like offers you would take if they were on the table.
3:31 You: Yes, these are hedge funds and PE firms.
3:34 You: Thank you.
3:34 Caller: Okay. Gotcha. Okay, awesome. Well, I hope that all goes well for you. Let me ring up the horn
3:35 You: And so.
3:36 You: Thank you.
3:41 Caller: a little bit at Doctronic, see how quickly we can get it done. I know that their process is only
3:46 Caller: two steps. So we've had people have offers on the table in as little as five days. I want to see
3:51 Caller: if they can compress their schedule a little bit and then we can sort of go from there. And
3:56 Caller: And then, of course, I'm going to write high touches Bell one more time back from them
4:01 Caller: since your schedule is a little bit extradited here. Does that sound fair?
4:06 You: Do you still need an email with right to represent?
4:10 You: That's fine.
4:11 You: You have the right to represent?
4:11 Caller: You can give it to me verbally now, since I already have a right to represent for your resume.
4:17 Caller: Or you can, you know, I'll be sending you the job description and more information on Doctronic.
4:22 Caller: You're welcome to reply to it if you wish, but verbal confirmation works as well.
4:26 Caller: Awesome. Okay, perfect. I'm going to shoot that over now. I assume the email address that we've been communicating on is a good one for me to use.
4:27 You: You can represent?
4:29 You: You can represent my profile to doctronic.
4:32 You: And we'll affirm this once I hit the job description over email.
4:35 You: Yes.
4:42 You: Yes.
4:49 Caller: Okay, perfect. Well, I appreciate you taking some time with me today. I am sorry that I touch has not gotten back to us yet.
4:56 Caller: They've been a little bit tricky about feedback.
4:58 Caller: But hopefully we can get something on the table for you that can compete with those other teams you're working with.
5:02 Caller: And if not, I hope one of those teams works out really, really well and you end up being super excited about wherever you end up next.
5:05 You: None specifically.
5:10 Caller: That's all I got for you.
5:11 Caller: But I've got to ask before letting you go, do you have any fun plans for the fourth?
5:18 You: Heat wave is going to take over in New York.
5:20 You: So most, at least my plans are to, what's the term, to nurse a lot of ice waters over the weekend.
5:26 Caller: There you go. There you go. Stay cool. Okay. Well, I appreciate you taking some time with me today. It's been super helpful. I'll see how quickly we can get things moving on Doctronic and High Touch. And, of course, I'll be in contact with you every step of the way.
5:35 You: Perfect. Thank you, Hayden.
5:46 Caller: Awesome. Have a great rest of your day, okay?
5:47 You: You too. Take care.
